How to avoid heartburn: The effective prevention of heartburn



Seventy million people in the United States are affected by a common condition called heartburn. It is usually starts with a burning feeling that begins in the upper part of your abdomen and lifts into the chest, frequently making its way to the back part of your throat, and sometimes up into your back, arms and jaw. It typically feels worse when you are bending forward or lying down.

In addition, heartburn obtains its name from pains in the chest that was caused by stomach acid that cleanses up into the esophagus. The pain in the chest can be puzzled with angina, but the heart has nothing to do with it.

Suffering from heartburn is common after you eat acidic foods or meal of fat-laden foods, after you smoke or drink liquor. It is also occur when you take aspirin and if you are eating chocolate. Furthermore, stress, emotional disorder, pregnancy and obesity can also activate heartburn. Generally, there is no cause for apprehension with common heartburn.
