Acute valley fever
is considered as fungal infection that is triggered by coccidioides organisms. It can trigger
coughing, pain in the chest and of course, fever. The species of coccidioides fungi that
trigger this condition are frequently found in particular places where there is
a soil.
This particular kind of fungi can be stimulated into the
atmosphere by something that interrupts the soil like wind, farming and even
construction. It can be breathed through the lungs and trigger valley fever.
This condition is also called as acute coccidioidomycosis. The mild incidences
of this condition normally fade away on their own. However, in serious
occurrences, the sufferer must see their doctor so that they can be prescribed
with anti-fungal medications that can cure the infection.
